Guns N' Roses vs Dr. Pepper!

As previously reported on Kerrang.com, Guns N' Roses and Dr. Pepper are caught in the midst of a potential legal dispute, after the soda giant offered free cans of the drink to all American citizens if the band released new album Chinese Democracy this year. Guns N' Roses' lawyers claim the drink company exploited the release of the album for their own gain.
