Hawthorne Heights fan left with £12,000 dentist bill

Rock fan Jennifer Lovell has been left with a £12,000 dentist bill following a stage-diving accident at a Hawthorne Heights gig in 2006. During the band’s show at the Bristol Academy, guitarist Casey Calvert – who died in November 2007 from an accidental drugs overdose – staged dived and landed on Jennifer’s head, breaking her jaw.
