Hilary Has Some Down Time Before Becoming a Series Regular

Hilary Duff kept her neck toasty as she arrived at a studio in LA yesterday with one of her many phones. Hilary's been laying low but last week she made an appearance in a sheer LBD on TRL's final episode. She'll be back soon enough on NBC guest spots and while Hilary has come a long way since her Lizzie McGuire days, we're ready to see something new when she returns to the small screen in a new series.
