Hills Girls and Kardashians Celebrate on Maxim's Hot 100

The sexy dresses came out in LA for last night's party celebrating Maxim's 10th Anniversary Hot 100 list. Heidi Montag had been twittering all day about how happy she is to have made the list, so of course she and Spencer happily posed on the red carpet.
