Hip-Hop Editor Calls for Ban of Cam'Ron’s ‘Crime Pays’
Omololu Olunloyo, editor of the Canadian Hip-Hop site the Hiphossip.com, is calling for a ban of Harlem emcee Cam’Ron and his anticipated comeback album Crime Pays.
Although many fans have been receptive to the recent social commentary in Cam’Ron’s music (“I Hate My Jobâ€), Olunloyo argues that the former Dipset leader misleads youth with an album title that glorifies violence.
