Hope Sandoval & The Warm Inventions will play their first live shows in eight years this fall to support the duo's second studio album, "The Devil Softly."
Sandoval, also of alt-rockers Mazzy Star [ tickets ], and her Warm Inventions partner, My Bloody Valentine [ tickets ] drummer Colm O Ciosoig, will launch the outing Sept. 21 in Portland, OR, backed onstage by Irish band Dirt Blue Gene.
