David Cook performed at the Better Than Ezra Foundation benefit last night in New Orleans, and it’s been reported that David joined Better Than Ezra on stage for “Absolutely Still”. He also sang “Avalanche”, a song he wrote with Kevin Griffin, and then sang “Living on a Prayer”, during which the crowd sang along.
