Incubating Gaga hatches an odd night

Lady Gaga proved more unpredictable than usual Sunday night. She arrived at the Grammys in a plastic egg-like cocoon, carried by shirtless dancers and accompanied by a space alien who explained to reporters that Gaga couldn't speak to them because she was "incubating."
