Jackson Browne goes it alone this fall

After a full year on the road with his backing band, Jackson Browne [ tickets ] will head off on a solo acoustic tour of the US this fall for the first time since early 2008. The singer/songwriter will kick off the journey Nov. 1 in Harrisburg, PA, stopping by theaters and auditoriums throughout the eastern half of the country.
