Jay Reatard attacked on stage

Punk-rocker Jay Reatard got more than he bargained for during his stop in Austin, TX, Wednesday (12/9) night when not one, but two audience members charged the stage in an apparent attempt to assault him. According to the Austin American-Statesman newspaper, Reatard was about 40 minutes into his set at Emo's when "two rowdy fans attacked Reatard on-stage shortly after he announced he was playing the night's final song."
