Jay-Z directed to appear in court for investigation of Iconix Brand Group
The Securities and Exchange Commission wants Jay-Z to testify in an investigation of the financial reporting of Iconix Brand Group. The company paid him more than $200 million for intangible assets of his Rocawear apparel brand. A federal judge directed Jay-Z to appear in court on May 8.
