Joe Jackson Seeks Allowance from Michael Jackson's Estate
Michael Jackson's father is reportedly trying to obtain an allowance from the late singer's estate.
The Associated Press reports that an attorney for Joe Jackson filed court papers in Los Angeles Friday seeking an allowance for the 81-year-old.
The King of Pop's will from 2002, according to the AP, allows for money to be paid to his mother Katherine Jackson, his three children and charitable organizations.
