Kate and Jamie Gear Up For Her Birthday

Kate Moss and Jamie Hince were hand in hand earlier today after grabbing lunch at a Japanese restaurant in London. If those pregnancy rumors are true, Kate should avoid the sushi - although after her recent smoking and drinking in Thailand, it all seems pretty unlikely.
