ET confirms Katherine Jackson returned to a Los Angeles courtroom with her daughters Rebbie and La Toya Jackson following a brief intermission in the hearing. Music executive Frank DiLeo was also in the courtroom. Earlier today, Katherine was named the permanent guardian of Michael Jackson's three children.
