The 'I Kissed A Girl' singer has posted a provocative photo of herself lying nude in a bathroom, with a tray of half-eaten pizza protecting her modesty, on her Twitter account. The 24-year-old star was halfway through her world tour when she fell ill in Milan, Italy.
