Kelly Ckarkson has pulled out of Lilith Fair  in Minneapolis, MN on July 18. There’s no official word why Kelly is off the line-up, but reports that the all-female tour is experiencing sluggish sales could be a factor. Norah Jones is off the tour due to canceled dates.
