Kid Rock preparties and afterparties

A 10-story Ferris wheel, midway games and a bevy of Badass Beer will be on tap this weekend ahead of Kid Rock's concerts at Comerica Park. Kid Rock's Badass Beer Block Party is the official designation for the preshow festivities Friday and Saturday, when the hometown rocker will play for crowds of 37,000-plus at the downtown ballpark.
