Kid Rock sells out Ford Field show in minutes

Kid Rock got an early birthday gift Friday morning when tickets to his Jan. 15 birthday show at Ford Field sold out in 19 minutes. More than 45,000 seats were snatched up -- including several thousand purchased in a private presale earlier this week. A second Ford Field date will not be added, a show representative said Friday.
