Kill Rock Stars to Reissue Two Elliott Smith Albums

Kill Rock Stars will reissue Roman Candle and 2004's From a Basement on the Hill from Elliott Smith on April 6th. Roman Candle was remastered by Tape Op Magazine editor Larry Crane. To celebrate the news, the label is offering "Cecilia/Amanda," an unreleased Smith track, for download. [killrockstars.com]
