Kiss begin work on first album in 11 years

Kiss have begun work on the long awaited follow-up to 1998's Psycho Circus. According to guitarist Paul Stanley, who is producing the as yet untitled record himself, the album will have a "classic 70's Kiss sound". However the band are reportedly in "no rush" to finish it, and will embark a South American tour next month as part of their 35th anniversary world tour.
