Lady Gaga plans solo tour

Just a day after the announcement that Kanye West and Lady Gaga's Fame Kills tour is off, the pop diva said Friday that she plans to tour without the troubled Mr. West. Lady Gaga said the decision to cancel the tour was mutual. West, she added, "is going to take some time off, but I'm not."
