Lee DeWyze, David Cook and More Celebrate Andrew Cook’s Birthday in Hollywood – VIDEO

David Cook’s brother, Andrew Cook celebrated his 23rd birthday in Los Angeles last night. Joining the party were David Cook and his band, Lee DeWyze, Ryan Star, and Luke Menard amongst others. According to @RyanStar, the crew sat next to Dr. Dre.  And of course, the paps showed up!
