Letter: John Bunch obituary

Joan Ireson writes: I first saw John Bunch (obituary, 4 May) in the early 70s when he was Tony Bennett's musical director and was most surprised to see him some 30 years later playing in my local jazz club in Brentwood, Essex. He appeared several times at clubs nearby and always sold out.
