Lindsay Joins Lily to Sing Britney's "Womanizer"

Recent Shhh . . . tattoo buddies Lindsay Lohan and Lily Allen took a break outside of Lily's concert in LA last night. Lindsay and her mom came to support Lily, and when she performed "Womanizer," LL jumped on stage to sing - sort of - and dance around while the crowd cheered.
