Lindsay Shops and Parties Into Her 23rd Year

Lindsay Lohan went about her regular routine of shopping, changing outfits, and partying at Bardot before ending up at Samantha Ronson's house yesterday. At midnight she turned 23 and although someone special was missing from the early birthday festivities, she did have two of her siblings.
