Long Live the Fallen World

I first heard Young Galaxy back in 2006, but I must admit I didn't pay much attention to them then. However, I recently came across two tracks from their most recent release, Invisible Republic, which compelled me to take a closer listen. I am very glad I did, as they are marvelous. They hail from Montreal and they have a swirling, textured sound with soaring melodies and the suggestion of the kind of melancholy I so adore.
