Miley Cyrus has been given the thumbs up by Country star Dolly Parton after the teen's outfits at last month's Much Music Video Awards were blasted as "too sexy". Dolly, 64, said of the Hannah Montana star, 17: "I remember when I was horny and young too. I love her. She's beautiful and has legs that go on for ever."
