Matthew Just Keeps Exercising

Matthew McConaughey flashed a smile after a workout of running and biking around Malibu yesterday in preparation for the triathalon on Sunday. Surfer, Dude is out today and while he didn't hit the waves to celebrate, he recently revealed how much he enjoyed staying shirtless throughout the film. Matthew said, "When I'm lucky enough to be in a place where I don't have to wear a shirt and shoes, I don't. It's to pop the bubble and go 'Guess what? Now I'll do it the whole movie.'"
