Metallica are set to return to the UK next February and March for a full tour in support of their Number One album Death Magnetic.
Despite numerous festival appearances and one-off shows such as their fan club-only charity gig in aid of the Youth Music charity at London's O2 Arena last month, next year's dates will mark the Bay Area metal titans' first proper UK tour since their Poor Touring Me European trek in October 1996.
