Metallica drummer sells painting at Christie's auction

Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich sold a painting by the late Jean-Michel Basquiat for $13.5 million (Â£9.12 million) at an auction in New York on November 12. The painting, Untitled (Boxer) exceeded the pre-auction estimate of $12 million at Christieâ€™s. Basquiat was a New York neo-expressionist who died of a drug overdose in 1988. He was 27.
