Administrators of Michael Jackson's estate have taken action to oppose the late singer's father's bid for a monthly stipend.
In new court papers obtained by ET, attorneys for Jackson estate administrators John Branca and John McClain are opposing Joe Jackson's bid to receive a monthly allowance, saying it would take away money from the late singer's three children.
