Michael Kiwanuka - Tell Me A Tale

A friend played me this Michael Kiwanuka track last week, and I was blown away by the guys’s voice and the ridiculous production. Michael is a 23 year old from North London and this song, ‘Tell Me A Tale’, really reminded me of Bill Withers’ classic ‘Just As I Am’ LP. The production, as it turns out, was manned by Paul Butler of The Bees, hence the ridiculously tastefulness of it all.
