Monarchy: Around the Sun – review

(100%)The debut album by Monarchy – a mysterious, briefly hyped dance-pop duo – was due to come out this time last year on Mercury. For reasons best known to that label, it never did. But Around the Sun – that same album, with a slightly different track-listing – does not sound like a failure.
