Monterey Jazz Festival: Ravi Coltrane, Wayne Shorter and his songs

Saturday night in Monterey was special. It also included performances by Charnett Moffett, Orrin Evans and Bobby McFerrin. And it included the premiere of two new tunes by Wayne Shorter, commissioned by the festival and performed by the 'Sound Prints' Quintet, co-led by trumpeter Dave Douglas and saxophonist Joe Lovano.
