Mozart's 'Requiem,' with video

A DVD of the Oscar-winning "Amadeus" was running in the lobby of the Max M. Fisher Music Center before the concert and at intermission on Thursday. With the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, led by guest conductor Hans Graf, performing Mozart's hallowed "Requiem" mass for only the second time since 1986, the film's presence suggested a populist appetizer.
