Music Review: Mux Mool

Last year Butter Team turned us onto the Ghostly Swim comp (which you can read more about here).  One of my favorite artists on that comp was NYC’s Mux Mool with his track “Night Court”.  Thanks to Amie Street I was able to recently pick up his Drum EP and I must say I’m digging it heavily.  Apparently Mr. Mool spent 2007 working on a beat a day and the Drum EP is the product of all that work.  With beats that drum up flavors of DJ Shadow, RJD2, and Dr. Dre all at once, ...
