Music Stars Honor Neil Young at Pre-Grammy Gala

ET dished with stars such as Sheryl Crow, Josh Groban and Keith Urban (accompanied by wife Nicole Kidman) as they celebrated rock legend and activist Neil Young being named MusiCares' Person of the Year. "I'm singing with Stephen Stills, and we're doing 'Long May You Run,' which is one of my favorite songs," Sheryl told us. "To be here for Neil Young -- huge, huge fan. Been a fan my whole life," Josh said.
