As Scott noted the other day, the new Goldfrapp sounds like the Pointer Sisters. This is true. It's the opening song from the British group's fifth studio album Head First, which follows 2008's Seventh Tree. And, as the cloudy pastel Alison Goldfrapp dreamscape cover pic (and lettering) suggests, on top of the Sisters, there's a hint of Xanadu-style Olivia Newton-John/ELO going on here, too.
