New Music: Filligar

Filligar isn’t exactly a name that made me light up when I first read it, but hey this blog’s name is Pasta Primavera so I have no right to criticize.  Filligar’s music makes any name issues quickly escape my mind and head for the border.  Calling Chicago home, Filligar puts out songs that sound like a less country roots version of Wilco (or maybe a more urban Wilco).  They’d also like to be compared to MGMT but I just don’t hear it…but the Wilco thang is loud and clea...
