Last night, Lil Wayne was living it up down in Miami at his Welcome Home Party thrown by Cash Money Records, just three days after his release from Rikers Island. Weezy made his grand entrance with a lady on each arm (dressed in Marie Antoinette wigs and corsets) and a lit cigar in hand.
