Intense and enraged, the industrial rock group sounded more necessary than ever, with songs coming across as urgent dispatches from a world crippled by a disposable culture, technological glut and social decay. "Lost my faith in everything," frontman Trent Reznor hissed on the show-opening "Somewhat Damaged," setting a caustic tone that persisted throughout the 105-minute concert.
