Ninjasonik: "All Our Friends" / "Shoot the Lazer"

Brooklyn's Ninjasonik have a new album coming out from Green Owl on April 20 entitled Art School Girls. On album track "All Our Friends" the group samples Matt & Kim's "Silver Tiles" while name-dropping, um, all their friends. The list ranges from Dan Deacon to Matt & Kim themselves, as the song comes off a bit like an hip-hop version of "Losing My Edge". Also check out "Shoot the Lazer", which actually opens with a sample of Lebo M's iconic opening lines to The Lion King. (via Green Owl) ...
