History was made not long before 10pm on Monday 20 June 2011 at the Alhambra Theatre, Dunfermline.A solo Morrissey performance of a song by The Smiths was better than the original.  That the original was this makes that last sentence all the more astounding:-mp3 : The Smiths - I Know It's OverMost fans say There Is A Light That Never Goes Out is the top highlight of the LP The Queen Is Dead, but I'll always argue that I Know It's Over is way superior.  Not only do I think it's the best ballad...
