Ozzy Sues Tony Iommi

Last Tuesday Ozzy Osbourne filed a lawsuit in federal court against Black Sabbath bandmate Tony Iommi over use royalties from use of the Sabbath name. Iommi filed a conflicting lawsuit last December.
