Patrick Dempsey had a family outing with his wife Jillian and three kids at a school in LA on Sunday. Twins Darby and Sullivan are getting so big while Tallulah is also growing up fast. Patrick's always been a family man but it's almost time to check back into Seattle Grace on Grey's Anatomy.
