Phoenix/Passion Pit @ Central Park Summerstage, NYC 9/26/09
As advertised, Phoenix treated Central Park's Summerstage to two sold-out nights of their danceable and occasionally epic insouciance this past weekend. The lineup was a synth-lover's delight, pairing the Frenchmen with the more sugar-rushed and helium-voiced keyboard pop of Massachusetts men of Passion Pit in the opening slot. And it wouldn't be a Monday without news of another Phoenix remix, although this time it's more must-grabbable than usual: Neighbors team up with Warner Bro Devendra Banh...
