Prison Denies Foxy Brown Received Star Treatment; Investigation Begins
The New York Corrections Department has issued a statement denying that Brooklyn rapper Foxy Brown received preferential treatment, while incarcerated on Rikers Island for violating her probation.
According to a report in The New York Post, prison officials hung out in the rapper’s cell, brought her meals and make up, and gave her unlimited TV and phone privileges while she was serving nine months for violating her probation in several high profile assault cases in 2006.
