Real Estate: "Out of Tune"

It's been a minute since we've heard any new recorded material from New Jersey suburban rockers Real Estate. Well, that minute's up: the band has a new 7", Out of Tune, out October 12 via True Panther. The release was recorded by Jarvis Taverniere of like-minded Brooklyn outfit Woods and will feature two new tunes, "Reservoir" and the title track, which features synth-drone capo Oneohtrix Point Never.
