Review: New Century Chamber Orchestra ends season on an extraordinary note

News alert: This weekend, violinist Nadja Salerno-Sonnenberg is finishing up her third season as music director and concert master of the New Century Chamber Orchestra, a fine ensemble that's becoming ever finer under her leadership. It is a shockingly good group. Its fan base already knows that. Still, that's my basic take-away from Thursday's performance of New Chamber's season-ending program, which repeats through Sunday at venues around the Bay Area.
