Roy Orbison to Get Star on Hollywood Walk of Fame

Filed under: NewsIt seems like this should have happened a long time ago, but on Jan. 29, rock 'n' roll icon Roy Orbison will receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Orbison was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame back in 1987 and while most people think of the Walk of Fame as honoring stars of the silver screen, it's long honored recording musicians and broadcasters.
